We stayed at this venue for one night and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with good information on what to do and where to go. They went above and beyond to assist us with every single request we had. The location of this hotel is also excellent, right in the centre, making it easy to explore the town and visit the nearby Torres del Paine park. We were able to leave our bags here while we went on our adventures, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of quality food, including a made-to-order omelette and excellent brownies. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well over priced ,but generally ok. A fridge would be good, when accommodation is scarce, as it was with us, grab it!

This hotel is better than it seems. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, soundproof windows, good location, nice staff. Just an advice: avoid tour express (an agency on Manuel Bulnes, 769) - I had a problem during the Torres del Paine tour (double charge of the entrace fees) and they gave a damn to it. a guide called Javier is a lier, beware of him!
The only complaint is about the breakfast, which is very poor indeed.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving - loved it! Right in the middle of a great area for cafes and restaurants. Super convenient to all the good stuff. The rooms were modern and spotless. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bonus: they held our backpacks while we did the trek and even helped book our transport to the national park. Plus, we got a really good deal on the room rate for the holiday.
It's not the most stylish property from the outside - could use some upkeep on the exterior. , while the breakfast spread was decent, it didn't have a lot of variety from day to day.

Located in a convenient spot, close to the central square of the city and within walking distance to the bus station. the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, storing luggage, and providing helpful information about the surroundings. the breakfast is decent, with fresh fruit and cooked, to, order eggs. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide strong water pressure in the shower.
The exterior of the building is unattractive and off, putting.

We had a great city trip staying in this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. the breakfast was great , they offered a wide selection of food and it was very tasty. we loved that they offered complementary Wi, Fi and parking, which was a great convenience. the location was perfect since it was very close to the center of the town and we could easily get around on foot.
The room was a bit small for our liking and it would have been nice if they offered a mini, fridge, but the staff kindly stored our food for us. the bathroom was clean but a little outdated.
